I wanted to share a positive note. If you had been keeping up I’m measuring lows, and know that there are day to day fluctuations.
So, I’d been a little frustrated that I hadn’t been able to change my low weight in almost two weeks. I questioned if I was still doing the right things and wondering if I needed to change my plan. I ultimately trusted my process and figured results would come.
This weekend I dropped my low weight down to 293.4 which is a drop of 3.2 pounds from the previous low. This is what I needed. There is an extra spring in my step and a smile on my face! Keep up the hard work, trust your process and know the results will follow! Have a great week!
