Hello, sorry for the small gap in posts. I’m taking a couple college courses and this is when all the work is due. 1 week to go in the semester!
I loved going to class for many reasons but the one that matters here is that it was 2.5 hours where I wasn’t eating or thinking about food. Being busy is always good for losing weight. My dangerous time is sitting around the house with nothing going on.
I’m going to post the healthy deals in my weekly grocery ads tonight and encourage everyone to don’t let idle time get you snacking this weekend.
I’m also excited that sports are starting back up in May, and hopefully soon fans will be in the stands. I am planning to share tips on going to the game, healthy!
