Coleslaw That’s Guilt Free

Here is a food that most people assume they have to give up when trying to lose weight. The version you get in restaurants is high in calories and fat due to the mayo and sugar.

Make two simple substitutions and slaw becomes a great healthy side. Here are the ingredients I use.

The key substitutions are the Splenda for the sugar and the Kraft Fat Free Mayo for regular mayo.

After watching Gordon Ramsey yell at amateur chefs on tv for years, I know the secret is to keep tasting until you get the desired level of sweetness and creaminess. I only use a little salt and a small splash of vinegar.

The bag makes 4-5 generous servings. Each serving is about 40 calories and no fat at all.
