
I saw this on a friend’s Facebook and stole it. These are interesting times we are living in. Like many of you I’m working from home, where we have plenty of snack food. Lucky for me it’s all reasonably healthy, but the calories add up.
I want to encourage everyone to stay strong and determined. Use your breaks for little bits of exercise. Plan your snacks out. For example I might say I’ll have a piece of fruit around 10 am, lunch at noon and some celery and fat free dip around 2 pm. That way if I’m getting hungry at 9:30 am I can tell myself, “hang in there, snack in 30 minutes.”
